Aseptify is committed to delivering premium-grade cleaning services and professional products. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms governing service cancellations, refunds, and product returns.
1. Cleaning Services
Service Satisfaction
Aseptify strives to maintain the highest service standards. If you are dissatisfied with a completed cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
Upon review, Aseptify may, at its sole discretion:
โข Re-perform the service at no additional cost
โข Issue a partial refund
โข Provide service credit
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
โข Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
โข Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may incur a cancellation fee.
โข Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Deposits & Deep Clean Services
Initial deep clean or specialty services may require a deposit.
โข Deposits are non-refundable once service preparation has begun.
โข Deposits may be applied toward rescheduling if adequate notice is provided.
Specialty & High-Risk Cleaning
Due to the nature of specialty services (biohazard, hazardous waste, trauma-scene cleanup, etc.):
โข All specialty services are final and non-refundable
โข Pricing adjustments are handled only prior to service execution
2. Subscription Cleaning Services
Subscription programs are billed on a recurring basis.
โข Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
โข Customers may cancel future billing at any time
โข No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods
3. Product Purchases
Returns Eligibility
Products may be returned if:
โข Item is unused
โข Item is in original packaging
โข Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
โข Opened or used cleaning products
โข Personal care or sanitation products
โข Clearance or final-sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged:
โข Notify Aseptify within 48 hours
โข Provide photo documentation
Eligible resolutions may include:
โข Replacement
โข Store credit
โข Refund (if replacement unavailable)
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
โข Processing time: 5โ10 business days
โข Timing may vary by financial institution
