Aseptify is committed to delivering premium-grade cleaning services and professional products. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms governing service cancellations, refunds, and product returns.


1. Cleaning Services

Service Satisfaction

Aseptify strives to maintain the highest service standards. If you are dissatisfied with a completed cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

Upon review, Aseptify may, at its sole discretion:

โ€ข Re-perform the service at no additional cost
โ€ข Issue a partial refund
โ€ข Provide service credit

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

โ€ข Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
โ€ข Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may incur a cancellation fee.
โ€ข Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.


Deposits & Deep Clean Services

Initial deep clean or specialty services may require a deposit.

โ€ข Deposits are non-refundable once service preparation has begun.
โ€ข Deposits may be applied toward rescheduling if adequate notice is provided.


Specialty & High-Risk Cleaning

Due to the nature of specialty services (biohazard, hazardous waste, trauma-scene cleanup, etc.):

โ€ข All specialty services are final and non-refundable
โ€ข Pricing adjustments are handled only prior to service execution


2. Subscription Cleaning Services

Subscription programs are billed on a recurring basis.

โ€ข Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
โ€ข Customers may cancel future billing at any time
โ€ข No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods


3. Product Purchases

Returns Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

โ€ข Item is unused
โ€ข Item is in original packaging
โ€ข Return request is made within 14 days of delivery


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

โ€ข Opened or used cleaning products
โ€ข Personal care or sanitation products
โ€ข Clearance or final-sale items


Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged:

โ€ข Notify Aseptify within 48 hours
โ€ข Provide photo documentation

Eligible resolutions may include:

โ€ข Replacement
โ€ข Store credit
โ€ข Refund (if replacement unavailable)


4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

โ€ข Timing may vary by financial institution
